Space and Aerospace 3D Printing for Denver

The Front Range builds satellites, launch vehicles and the systems around them, from Littleton and Centennial to Boulder, and the ground side of that work is full of one-off parts: harness boards, test fixtures, transport covers. Printing them keeps integration and test moving between hardware revisions.

What we print for space & aerospace teams

Ground support fixtures

Holding and handling fixtures for integration and test, stiff in carbon-fiber nylon.

Harness boards and cable forms

Peg boards and forms that lay out a harness to the drawing.

Covers, caps and protective parts

Remove-before-flight style covers and connector caps for handling and transport.

Test-article prototypes

Fit-check models of brackets and housings before metal parts are made.

Materials for the job

What we do not do
