We are the opposite of that. Every part you order is printed in our own facility, on our own printers, by the same team that printed your last one. When you find a setup that works, it stays working.

Your files never leave our shop. No third-party network, no mystery supplier, no overseas hand-off. The machines that print your first order print your reorder, which is why repeat parts match.
A human answers
Questions about an order get a reply from a real person on our team within one business day. Not a ticket queue, not a marketplace mediator. The person who answers can walk to the printer your part is on.
We make it right
If a part arrives defective, wrong, or damaged, we reprint, repair, or refund it under our published Reprint & Return Policy. Every part passes dimensional inspection and visual QC before it ships, so this promise rarely gets used.
