Motorsports 3D Printing for Indianapolis

Around the Speedway, race teams and their suppliers live on short lead times: a cooling duct revised after a test, a sensor bracket for a new data channel, a part for the next wind tunnel slot. High-temperature composites cover much of what a team needs printed straight from a CAD change.

What we print for motorsports teams

Cooling and brake ducting

Ducts in high-temperature carbon-fiber nylon, reprinted when the CFD changes.

Brackets and mounts

Sensor, camera and electronics mounts that are stiff and light.

Mirror and sensor housings

Aerodynamic housings printed to the surface from your CAD.

Wind tunnel and fit-check parts

Scale and full-size parts for tunnel runs and packaging checks.

Materials for the job

What we do not do

For any printed part on a car on track, test it at temperature and load before you race it. Heat resistance figures are typical values; parts near exhaust or brakes need the high-temperature grades.

Tolerances: FDM ±0.2 mm typical; SLA ±0.1 mm, or ±0.2% above 100 mm. Production takes 2-5 business days.
