FDM material
PET-CF (Carbon Fiber PET) 3D Printing
Carbon-fiber reinforced PET (not PETG). Semi-crystalline PET is stiffer and far more heat-resistant than PETG and absorbs very little moisture, making PET-CF one of the most dimensionally stable composites available. A strong alternative to nylon-CF where humidity is a concern.

PET-CF: common questions
What is PET-CF good for?
PET-CF is a common choice for precision fixtures, humid-environment brackets, structural housings, jigs & gauges.
How strong and heat-resistant is PET-CF?
Printed PET-CF parts have a typical tensile strength of 70–85 MPa and heat resistance of ~110 °C. These are typical values for printed parts in the XY direction; strength between layers is lower, so orientation matters for loaded parts.
How big a part can you print in PET-CF, and how fast?
Up to 350 × 320 × 325 mm in one piece; larger parts are printed in sections and joined, after a review. Production takes 2-5 business days, and rush service is available.
