Semiconductor Equipment 3D Printing for Phoenix
The fab build-out from north Phoenix to Chandler has brought equipment makers, installers and their suppliers with it, and their need is mostly the unglamorous kind: fixtures, covers, cable routing and sensor mounts that fit a specific tool. Printing them avoids a long wait on a machined plastic part for a one-off.
What we print for semiconductor teams
ESD-safe handling fixtures
Static-dissipative PETG-ESD for fixtures that touch or sit near sensitive parts.
Tool covers and guards
Covers sized to a specific tool, in PC or PETG, printed from your CAD or a measured part.
Cable and hose management
Clips, guides and strain reliefs routed for a particular install.
Sensor and camera housings
Mounts that hold a sensor at a set angle and distance, reprinted when the bracket moves.
Materials for the job
What we do not do
Printed plastics are not certified for cleanroom use, and our ESD grades dissipate static but have not been qualified for any particular tool. Validate outgassing, particle shedding and ESD performance in your own process.
Tolerances: FDM ±0.2 mm typical; SLA ±0.1 mm, or ±0.2% above 100 mm. Production takes 2-5 business days.
