Parts we produce are appropriate for prototypes, models, fixtures, research use, and components that the customer — as the legal manufacturer — validates within their own quality system (e.g., under FDA design controls). We do not produce implants or parts we'd represent as certified biocompatible finished devices. Teams working under ISO 13485 processes routinely slot our parts into their V&V workflows: material documentation is available on request, and process consistency questions are welcome before ordering.

Patient-derived geometry deserves care. Files are encrypted in transit and at rest on US-based infrastructure, access is role-limited, and our PII retention policies purge stale personal data on schedule. De-identify patient files before upload (strip names from filenames and metadata) — anatomy itself, separated from identifiers, is the workable pattern our clinical customers use.
