Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing 3D Services USA. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we will do everything we can to ensure that you are happy with our products and services. If you are not satisfied, please contact us, and we will work with you to make it right.

If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account. We may deduct a restocking fee of up to 20% for custom orders or orders with a high material cost.

We do not accept returns of 3D-printed products except in the case of a defect or error on our part. If you believe your product is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We may request that you provide photos or other evidence of the defect or error. We will provide a replacement or refund if we determine that the product is defective or incorrect.

You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Custom Orders
Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the product is defective or incorrect. If you cancel a custom order before it is completed, we may deduct a fee to cover the cost of materials and labor already expended.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping any products back to us for a refund or return. We recommend you use a trackable shipping method and purchase shipping insurance to protect your return shipment.
